SENIOR QUANITY SURVEYOR 

Duties

• Prepare detailed cost plans and estimates for potential projects, ensuring all costs are accurately forecasted and feasible studies are conducted to determine the viability of the project.
• Lead the preparation of bids and proposals for new projects, developing competitive and accurate bid submissions. Liaise with clients during the bidding process to ensure clarity and responsiveness to their requirements.
• Draft, review, and manage contracts to ensure all terms and conditions are met. Negotiate contract terms with clients, contractors, and subcontractors, identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project costs and expenditures against budgets, preparing and submitting regular financial reports to stakeholders. Ensure that projects remain within budget and that any financial variances are addressed promptly.
• Conduct valuations and prepare payment certificates for work completed, ensuring timely and accurate processing of interim and final payments to contractors and suppliers.
• Lead and mentor the QS team, ensuring high standards of performance and professional development. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and detailed reports on project status and financial performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying 
• Should have minimum 7 years' experience and 2 years in similar job role
• Experience working at a Building Construction is a must 
• Ability to work based at any site location and willingness to travel
