SENIOR EXECUTIVE – THIRD PARTY CREWING
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Planning of crew changes and crew embarkations for new takeovers
- Access to crew base Sri Lankan Officers and maintain the crew data base
- Hands on with current requirements of ISO, MLC, and take part in audits
- Knowledge in ITF/CBA, STCW, and Client’s specific Trainings
- Access to embassies and knowledge in Visa related formalities
- Maintain relationship with seafarer Training institutions
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE / TRAINING / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR POSITION
- 3 passes at the GCE A/L examination
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university / Professional Qualification in Management
- 5 years’ experience in crew recruitment and headhunting
- Experience in customer service or Sales & Marketing in crewing
- Good knowledge in social media marketing
- Good command of verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literacy with MS Office is vital
- Positive attitude, ability to work under pressure, good inter-personal skills, ability to work towards targets & work long hours when required
