Planning Engineer

Job Accountabilities 

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets for assigned projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met. 
• Monitor project progress and track critical path activities to ensure timely completion.
• Identify and resolve any scheduling conflicts or resource constraints. 
• Generate reports and provide regular updates to project stakeholders. 
• Perform risk analysis and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. 
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records. 
• Utilize project management software and tools to enhance project planning and tracking. 

Candidate Profile        

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in similar capacity   
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, or equivalent).
• Flexible working hours and ability to manage responsibilities independently.
• Excellent command of the English language (oral and written)
