Personal Assistant Cum Business Support Executive

1. JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Ensure Group’s credit policy is followed by checking client’s credit approval details, sending invoices to customers on time, sending outstanding statements to debtors, and collecting payments on time.
• Arrange all the management meetings by coordinating with various departments to get their monthly details on the performance and recording minutes.
• Attend to business promotional activities, customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Provide administrative support to the Director by managing the director's calendar, scheduling appointments, meeting arrangements.
• Ensure effective communication with the internal and external stakeholders as per the requirements. 
• Generate reports and presentations as per the set requirements.
• Performing other general administration/coordination in the company when required.

2. MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE / TRAINING / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR POSITION

• 3 passes at the GCE A/Levels OR 
• Successfully completion of UGC approved A/L equivalent                                  
• Excellent command of the English language (written and oral)
• Extensive knowledge on MS Office Package
• Previous experience would be an added advantage 
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
