MANAGER / Ast. Manager - Value Added Products

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute an effective sales strategy, along with short-term and long-term plans, to drive growth in Value Added product sales, achieve profitability, and meet collection targets through skillful customer portfolio management.
• Implement the established business plan to expand our customer base.
• Foster long-term relationships with key stakeholders such as Consultants, Architects, Builders, Contractors, Fabricators, Government Authorities, and Interior Designers, ensuring the company's strong presence in the designated area.
• Understand clients' needs and provide innovative solutions through product recommendations, while promptly addressing customer queries.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve the set goals for Value Added products.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing.
• Professional qualifications in Sales & Marketing or partial qualifications from SLIM or CIM (UK).
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in an Assistant Manager or Manager role, with exposure to corporate sales in the Solar, Building Materials, Engineering Products & Hardware, or Aluminium industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• An engineering background is a plus.
