Hayleys Project Consultants is a construction project management & consultancy service provider, a subsidiary of Hayleys Advantis Limited that delivers project owners expert advice and management services to ensure that projects are undertaken and completed to highest quality and standards.

MEP ENGINEER 

Duties

• Manage all administrative tasks related to the construction site.
• Develop detailed MEP designs and specifications for the renovation project.
• Design, install, and oversee HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems.
• Plan and implement electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and backup power solutions.
• Design and oversee the installation of plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, and sanitation.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure integrated design solutions.
• Monitor and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
• Implement quality assurance and control measures to ensure high standards of workmanship.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical 
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an electrical engineer
• Experience working at a Civil Consultant firm will be an added advantage 
• Ability to work based at any site location and willingness to travel
