JOB ROLE
Assisting customers and travel agents with air ticket & reservation needs and booking inquiries, timely and efficient manner in order to provide exclusive ticketing & reservation experience.
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE / TRAINING / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR POSITION
Passed GCE A/L and O' Levels including English & Mathematics
Minimum one-year experience in air ticketing and reservation
Excellent communication skills in English.
Should possess a pleasant personality, self-motivated, and willing to undertake responsibilities.
