Junior Executive – Shipping Coordination

Job responsibilities:

Liaise with the factory and Marketing Team and arrange the shipment.
Ensure all necessary documentation is completed prior to planning the shipments
Confirm vessel availability, schedule, and routing.
Track the shipment's progress and provide regular updates to
Coordinate the final delivery to the consignee at the designated port or destination.
Confirm delivery completion and receipt by the consignee.
Handle any issues or disputes that arise during the shipment process.
Communicate effectively with all involved parties to resolve problems.
Send the monthly statement of shipment summary & arrange the bills to finance.

Candidate Profile;

A diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
Flexibility to travel and work long hours when required.
Minimum of 1 year in shipping & freight forwarding
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with clients and partners.
