Junior HR & Admin Executive

Location : Katunayake

Job Responsibilities

Facilitate the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, arranging aptitude test for shortlisted candidates
Organize Newcomer induction Program, facilitate for the new comers and arrange welcome gift packs
Follow up timely confirmations and contracts renewals
Coordinate Learning & Development activities, including training feedback evaluations, post- training assessments, and maintaining training records.
Assisting in exit formalities by coordinating to obtain all exit related documents and scheduling exit interviews
Assist in Employee Engagement activities and Arrange supplier payments

Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent professional qualification in HR.
Minimum One year service experience in HR field
Conversant with MS office packages
Strong organizational and communication skills.
A proactive team player eager to learn & grow in the field with attention to detail.
