Junior Executive – Export Operation

• Container Management: Ensure on-time arrangement and full-capacity utilization of export containers, minimizing wastage and delays.
• Coordination: Collaborate effectively with international marketing teams, production, logistics, customers, and suppliers to meet shipment deadlines and cut-off times.
• Loading Accuracy: Oversee accurate and efficient container loading, adhering to quality and compliance standards.
• Material Supply: Monitor and ensure the timely supply of crates and related materials to support production and shipment schedules.
• Documentation: Maintain thorough and up-to-date records of all export operations, including shipment documents and related paperwork.
• KPI Achievement: Track and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) for export operations and provide data-driven insights to management.
• Process Improvement: Analyze operational data to identify and implement efficiency improvements and cost-saving initiatives.

We seek a dedicated, result oriented young individual with good communication skills and sound personal attributes for the aforementioned position. 

The suitable candidate should possess:

• A Degree or Advanced Diploma, preferably in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
• 2–3 years of proven experience in export operations or supply chain management.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent coordination and communication abilities with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of export documentation and compliance regulations.
• Proficiency in SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) software.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and without supervision.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
