JUNIOR EXECUTIVE – COMMERCIAL OPERATIONS
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Handling cargo inquiries, voyage calculations, quotations, cargo, and vessels.
- Coordinate and attend to vessel-related operational activities.
- Support the Occupational Safety and Health (OHS) head by monitoring safety compliance, conducting risk assessments, implementing safety programs, and ensuring regulatory adherence to meet targets.
- Engage in process development, ensure compliance, streamline operations, and continuously improve internal workflows and efficiency.
- Conduct and assist research activities as assigned regarding markets, products, and cargoes, and support business development activities, corporate planning, and other business and related activities.
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE / TRAINING / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR POSITION
- Bachelor’s Degree in Transport & Logistics or an equivalent professional qualification.
- A minimum of 1 - 2 years’ work experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office applications.
- Good interpersonal & communication skills.
