JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

Effectively engage with bagging team in Regular maintenance, repair breakdown that occurs at port operation and modification (close monitoring and supervision).
Check and maintenance of all electrical systems and equipment, pneumatic systems and equipment, control systems, load cells, weighting controllers and PLC.
Handle ISO documents and Stock control.
Follow safety instructions, which are introduced by company OHS and Conduct / Participate in safety training.
Follow safety instructions for company machine and equipment (including transport between yard and port and vice versa).
Attend to BP yard/premises maintenance as one team.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE / TRAINING / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR POSITION

6 passes at GCE O/L with A pass for Maths.
A minimum of 3 passes at the GCE A/L examination.
Complete Ceylon German Technical Training Institute full time Power Electrical course or similar course from similar institution.
Minimum 1 - 2 years’ experience in similar role.
Knowledge of pneumatic will be an advantage.
Knowledge of Sewing machine will be an advantage.
