JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:
The Head of Digital Solutions at Hayleys Advantis is responsible for developing and executing the Digital Transformation Strategy. This role involves planning and managing software projects, leading the software engineering team, overseeing internal processes, and managing customer expectations to meet organizational objectives.
- Develop and execute Digital Transformation Strategy; lead internal and external product and service delivery.
- Serve as Enterprise Architect, enhancing solution architecture with appropriate technologies and methodologies.
- Manage end-to-end development processes, including development, DevOps practices, quality control, and resource management.
- Evaluate products to make informed build/buy decisions, considering product evaluation, integrations, and Total Cost of Ownership.
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE / TRAINING / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR POSITION
- Bachelor’s Degree or professional membership from a recognized ICT institution.
- Ability to envision, design, and execute a Digital Transformation strategy.
- Strong technical and enterprise architecture skills, with expertise in software development project management.
- Proficient in team building, customer management, and knowledge of software development methodologies.
- Extensive experience (12+ years in software development, 8+ years in management) and familiarity with technologies such as Cloud, Software Architecture, and API Gateways.
