Senior Manager – Business Development

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager for Business Development to optimize and expand our business portfolio in the Solar, Industrial and traded brand segments. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, enhancing profitability, and leading initiatives to increase market presence and share.

You will lead a high-performing team, setting goals, driving results, and elevating customer service standards to meet the expectations of our corporate clientele. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to expand the company’s presence in relevant segments and achieving growth objectives.
• Identify and evaluate new markets and opportunities within the construction material industry.
• Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, building contractors, and clients.
• Facilitate clear communication between internal and external teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
• Develop new client relationships, maintain existing ones, execute accurate sales forecasting, and achieve set sales targets.
• Ensure timely delivery of products and services, coordinating follow-ups as required.
• Prepare and present Management Information reports and insights to the leadership team.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or Marketing. A Master’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing is an advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Sales/Marketing within corporate customer segments, including 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven expertise in marketing and business development strategies.
