SAP Support Consultant
Job Responsibilities
• Communicate effectively with internal business users to identify business needs, issues and requirements, and evaluate-implement effective SAP solutions as required.
• Liaise with non-SAP systems, within and outside the organization, in order to provide comprehensive end to end business solutions.
• Responsible for maintaining accurate master data of SAP and other integrated applications in the group.
• Responsible for 1st level SAP support by monitoring the SAP support requests queue and coordinating with internal SAP and IT teams and business users to resolve user issues.
• Responsible for SAP user authorization management by coordinating with Group SAP BASIS team.
• Responsible for achieving assigned SLAs and KPIs for SAP user support and master data management.
• Maintain appropriate documentation for SAP User access management, SAP program changes and SAP master data management functions and coordinate with external teams for compliance audits.
• Facilitate group SAP training requirements
Candidate Profile
• Possess degree/diploma in IT/IS/Business Management from a recognized university/institute with minimum of 1 year experience with SAP support.
• Exposure to core SAP modules – Mainly SAP MM, SD or FICO
• Decision Making and Problem Solving
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Ability to self-learn and grasp knowledge quickly
