Executive - Research and Development

Dipped Products PLC seeks a dynamic, results-oriented individual to be recruited as Executive- R&D for its manufacturing facility at Kottawa.

Job Responsibilities

• Involve process and product developments and improvements in lab scale and plant scale.
• Involve in product and process validation in different plants. 
• Ensure new product developed meet legal & regulatory requirements in all markets served.
• Involve in sample developments for different customers.
• Work closely with the staff from Marketing, Production, and Engineering departments as well as from other disciplines for cross functional team-based projects
• Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management.

Person’s Profile 

• BSc in Chemical and Process Engineering/Polymer Science and Technology/Material Science. 
• Post graduate qualification in Polymer Science and Technology/Polymer Engineering will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in glove manufacturing, R&D, or Technical.
• Sound knowledge of Glove manufacturing processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
