Haycarb PLC is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of coconut shell-based activated carbon, with operations in Sri Lanka, Thailand, Indonesia, the USA, Australia, and Europe. Haycarb is seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking individual for the following position at its manufacturing facilities located in the Western Province.

Executive - Production

Location - Badalgama (Manufacturing Facility)

Job Responsibilities:

• Report to the Senior Executive – Production.
• Assist the Senior Executive in achieving the production targets with required quality specifications stipulated in the monthly production plan.
• Monitor and maintain optimal production processes to ensure operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Bio Science, Physical Science, or a Diploma in Engineering (Manufacturing/Chemical) from a recognized university.
• A qualification in Manufacturing Management will be an added advantage.
• Previous experience in the manufacturing field is highly desirable and will provide a significant advantage.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
