Executive – Human Resources 

Job Accountabilities 

• Develop and executive employer branding calendar to attract good talents 
• Responsible for talent sourcing and onboarding 
• Facilitates timely employee confirmations and contract renewals
• Attend to employee HR services queries and provide exceptional experiences 
• Develop and executive employee engagement calendar to foster a positive and engaged workplace culture.
• Responsible for providing timely and accurate monthly payroll input details 
• Responsible for the employee exit process including facilitating exit interviews and documentation
• Assist the Human Resource Manager in instilling and driving a performance-driven and learning culture 

Candidate Profile        

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related.
• Completed or Following Professional Qualification in Human Resources.
• 2 to 3 years experience in the relevant field.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
