Senior Estimator

Job Accountabilities 

• Prepare & agree to new/star rate build-ups for additional work/variations. 
• Pricing bill of Quantities for tendering. 
• Selecting and Finalizing Subcontractors including preparation of contract.
• Monitoring material and labor, costing the same including reconciliation.
• Quantity take-offs from construction drawings & site measurements for estimating purposes. 
• Ability to provide financial information for the internal monitoring system.

Candidate Profile        

• BSc in Quantity Surveying or Equivalent qualification.
• 5 years’ experience in estimation.
• Standard Method of Measurement of Building Works (SMM7).
• FIDIC Conditions of Contract.
• Sri Lankan Standard Method of Measurement (SLS 573).
• ICTAD Conditions of Contract (SBD/ 02), Sri Lanka.
• Building Schedule of Rates (BSR).
• Excellent command of the English language (oral and written).
• Flexible working hours and ability to manage responsibilities independently.
