GoFundMe is looking for a Staff Technical Program Management professional to facilitate the coordination and execution of product operations. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, and product leadership to ensure successful completion of cross team product initiatives and implementation of various processes. You will be responsible for driving the requirements and adoption of the GoFundMe platform in order to deliver more help to people on GoFundMe.com and through our partners.

- 6+ years of combined experience in software development landscape, product management, product evangelism.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
- Experience working with internal partners and managing dependencies across functions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity working in a DACI model, with an evolving PDLC.
- Passion for social impact and a strong commitment to GoFundMe’s customers.
The Job…
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on-time, high-quality product initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal product, design, and engineering partners to define and prioritize work that is most valuable to our customers.
- Work with internal stakeholders to understand business and partner requirements and align them with technical capabilities.
- Act as a subject matter expert on product development processes, providing documentation, presentations, PDLC guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain senior stakeholder relationships across internal partners to ensure needs are synthesized, prioritized and evangelize an evolving set of processes.
- Partner with design, product management, and engineering development teams to assess technical feasibility of potential opportunities.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external partners to improve our meeting practices, including driving key high value meetings.
- Be able to effectively educate and evangelize the opportunities for the GoFundMe platform in key product and business forums, on behalf of product leaders.

The total annual salary for this full-time position is $150,000 - $200,000 + equity + benefits. As this is a remote position, the salary range was determined by role, level, and possible location across the US. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
