What you'll do

You will use your analytical and data skills, as well as your business mindset to drive data-informed decision-making

• Help build out essential reports and dashboards for the different departments of the company
• Present complex data in an easily and understandable way for the company, leads and investors
• Support the finance and sales team with the financial planning process
• Provide analysis and strategic recommendations that help with overall business planning
• Identify and monitor key metrics and drivers of growth on the business, understanding root causes of changes in metrics
• Analyze large sets of data to extract actionable insights that will help drive decisions across the user funnel—acquisition, activation, retention, and conversion

What we are looking for

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role
• Proven experience with SQL
• Working knowledge in data visualization (Excel, Python, or R)
• Knowledge of SaaS business models
• Able to clearly and effectively communicate the results of complex analyses using strong presentation skills
• A strategic planner with good business judgment and a strong operational focus on getting things done
• A self-driven person who is capable of tackling very loosely defined problems
• Experience with data analysis using Python or R is a plus
