Fairmarkit is hiring our very first Growth Engineer! This person will partner closely with our Growth Product Manager and cross-departmental leaders to build products that drive expansion strategies, consolidate and visualize data and identify new opportunities for automation and efficiency. From the moment they step through the door, this person will be a key driver in Fairmarkit’s growth in both the short and long term. What you’ll do
Leverage our current product capabilities to build prospect-facing tools that showcase them to new potential customers
Lead the analysis of large amounts of data and build internal tools to help automate and inform smarter, data-driven decisions across the organization
Work cross functionally with leaders across our GTM, Product and Supplier enablement teams to identify areas of opportunity and prototype solutions
Create, maintain, and prioritize a list of experiments that are aimed at moving key metrics that drive our business
Work on a variety of projects that span marketing and sales efficiency, pipeline generation, product usage and retention, and exploring new markets
What you have
5+ years of industry experience with the ability to work across the entire stack.
Knowledge of and proficiency with web standards and libraries. We are framework agnostic as long as your toolkit allows you to build and iterate quickly.
Deep expertise in at least one general purpose language (e.g. Python, C++, Java, C#, Ruby, etc…).
Comfort working with data and familiarity with data storage, manipulation, and analysis libraries and tools (e.g. PostgreSQL, Apache Spark, Looker, pandas, tidyverse, etc…).
Experience shipping fast, reliable, real-time applications using modern development technologies.

A love of data and running tightly designed experiments to identify solutions that actually move a metric
Cross-functional expertise to be able to communicate with leaders across different departments and levels of the organization
