Company overview

We are hiring a Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team, which leads the business in its most critical lead generation and brand activities. This position reports to the Global Head of Marketing based in New York and is open to interested and qualified candidates across the United States so long as there is a commitment to working eastern United States time zone/business hours.

Key Responsibilities

Develop a deep understanding of Exiger’s portfolio of tech-enabled risk management products & solutions, market and competitive landscape to identify strategic opportunities for Exiger
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Business teams to create hyper-targeted account-based marketing campaigns
Partner with growth/sales reps and marketing agency partners to analyze, manage and optimize leads conversion
Serve as strategic marketing advisor to key stakeholders within Exiger - assist with articulation of value propositions, develop marketing objectives in support of key priorities
Develop and edit content and collateral material and refreshing website content for consistent messaging and clear voice
Comfort with drafting different types of content spanning POVs, client success stories, video scripts/story boards
Support the development of strategic briefs (business cases) for potential marketing campaigns as well as leadership approval process
Contribute as a focused expert / part of the overall marketing team with an intricate understanding of the federal gov and DIB landscape

Professional Experience Required

Bachelor’s degree required; Marketing, Communications, or Business disciplines preferred
At least six years of experience in Saas marketing, including three years of experience with public sector or government market
Deep understanding of integrated marketing and communications strategies and how they come together to provide measurable results
Experience developing strategies for reaching a diverse audience of leadership personas
Experience with marketing technology and innovation to drive and enhance campaign deliverables
The ability to clearly articulate the value of a product/service to customers, but also to sales teams in a way that enables them to communicate it to customers
Marketing skills and management of marketing tech stack (i.e. Hubspot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Microsoft suite, Adobe suite -- indesign is a plus)
