Digital Account Manager (Remote- For Dubai)

Subscription businesses such as American Express and General Motors depend on Ethos to harness the power of the subscription model and drive recurring revenue growth.

1. Data Marketing: Define, deploy, and execute database marketing campaigns to current client customer base. 
2. Oversee Digital Assets Development: Oversee and manage the whole process (UX/UI/BUILD) of emails, landing pages, SMSs and bot messages development. 
3. Copywriting and Visual QA: Insure the quality of writeup and pixel perfection in delivering email and web assets. 
4. Client Relations: Manage key client relationships with some of Ethos' most sophisticated and strategic agency accounts 
5. Data Extraction & Analysis: Manage and extract data from CRM systems like Adode Campaign Manager and Acoustic
6. Churn Reporting: Develop activation, conversion and churn reports on monthly basis for client leadership.

• 4+ years experience in digital account management and/or customer success in the ad tech/mar tech/digital media/marketing/advertising space, working with large advertisers and agencies
• Track record of having agency relationships, overseeing the entire lifecycle of the client, responsible for account retention and growth 
• Experience leading client meetings, QBR's, product training, data analysis, and strategic business reviews 
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance and retention goals
• History of building strong, trusting collaborative relationships with key stakeholders 
• Ability to collaborate effectively or lead cross-functional teams 
• Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills
• Ability to travel occasionally for important customer meetings, engagements, etc.
• Bachelor's degree, IT or business related field preferred
