Technical Support Analyst

Are you looking for an exciting Entry Level Opportunity? We are currently looking for remote Technical Support Analysts to join our team! You will be the game changer in our customer’s day, helping to answer and resolve any technical queries they may have. You will ensure our clients have their questions answered, their system up and running, or their technical concerns alleviated in a timely manner!

Responsibilities:

• Be the first point of contact for all customer queries, issues and questions
• Answering incoming customer phone calls, chats, and tickets to gather information and quickly resolve issues
• Research technical issues using your troubleshooting skills and/or escalating issues to another technical team member.
• Have meaningful conversations with customers to manage their expectations on response and resolution times.

Requirements:

• Previous Customer Service experience
• Ability to conduct phone, chat, or email conversations within a highly technical environment up to 6 hours per day
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work to and over achieve performance metrics
• Able to work autonomously and continually look for ways to improve
  

Preferred Requirements:

• Previous experience in a technical support role
• Experience working in a SaaS or other fast paced organization
• This is a remote position. We are looking for someone in the MST or PST time zone.
