To operationalize The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) business function; by facilitating the process of; identifying, analysing, evaluating, and treating enterprise level risks through Management engagement by virtue of periodic reporting, consultation, and record maintenance, as prescribed by Axiata Group Enterprise Risk Management Framework, and by ensuring that Enterprise Risk Management is embedded within the organizational culture, and by embedding Enterprise Risk Management within the business processes of strategic management, performance management, daily to day activity.
To manage and operationalize the Business Continuity Management (BCM) function; by identifying potential threats to the organization, and by identifying impacts to business operations if such threats are realized, and by operationalizing an organizational framework to ensure resilience with the capability to effectively respond, so to ensure that organization could safeguard the interests of its key stakeholders, reputation, brand and value-creating activities, by virtue of continuous Management engagement.
Responsible for defining Group-wide requirements for Privacy strategy and Governance in line with local laws and international best practice, and create transparent data protection policies, systems and procedures to enforce compliance with these standards, including conducting an annual Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) across to determine gaps in the procedures and policies.
Responsible in setting the strategy governance and implementing the Dialog Group Anti Bribery, Anti-Corruption (ABAC), Gifts Donations and Sponsorship (GDSC) and Defalcation Policies and Procedures
