Manager - Anti Bribery and Anti-Corruption Compliance

Job Purpose: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our Anti Bribery and Anti-Corruption (ABAC) Compliance initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the strategic governance and implementing Dialog Group's ABAC, Gifts, Donations, and Sponsorship (GDS), and Defalcation Policies & Procedures. Individual is required to drive the ABAC compliance program of Dialog inline with to the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) Act and Anti-Corruption Act of Sri Lanka. 
 
Key Responsibilities: -  
Compliance Strategy Leadership:  
- Develop and lead the ABAC, ethics and transparency compliance strategy across Dialog Group and its subsidiaries. - Conduct compliance gap analyses and readiness assessments, guiding key stakeholders.  
- Provide comprehensive reports on compliance performance to the Dialog Board, respective committees and senior management.  

Policy Development and Implementation:  
- Oversee the development, corruption and ethics risk assessment, and enforcement of ABAC and GDS policies.  
- Implement best practices for compliance programs and manage defalcation strategies. 
- Collaborate with Axiata and other operating companies on ABAC and ethics compliance matters.  

Risk Management and Education:  
- Maintain and enhance an effective corruption risk management framework including the risks assessment methodology 
- Educate staff on compliance policies and conduct training to mitigate risks.  
- Lead efforts to identify and mitigate compliance risks, fostering a culture of compliance. 

Helpdesk Management:  
- Manage the ABAC helpdesk, providing advisory services and guidance on compliance queries.  
- Track and report on the status of queries related to ABAC and GDS matters.  

Performance and Quality Assurance:  
- Serve as the central contact point for compliance functions within Dialog Group.  
- Act as Secretary to various ABAC compliance committees - Drive digitization of processes to enhance efficiency and provide regular management reporting.
