The role holder is responsible to oversee the technology adaption to run the Radio Network and prepare an integrated technology plan for capex spend in Network towards expanding network, ensuring high network performance, and optimizing resource utilization. Also, ensure that the technology plan is in accordance with the business plan and results in sustainable business growth and most efficient investment in its network and services.
Guide subordinates in implementing network planning and optimization policies in adherence to ISO standards. Ensure alignment with organizational objectives by monitoring compliance, identifying gaps, and addressing risks. Promote a compliance-driven culture through training and mentorship, fostering operational excellence across all levels.
Assist in analyzing Network QoS reports and field test logs to identify issues and take corrective actions. Use advanced technical knowledge to develop innovative analysis methodologies and select suitable tools. Provide insights to optimize network performance, ensuring continuous improvement in service quality through accurate data-driven recommendations.
Address complex radio planning challenges and offer expert guidance. Create and implement new applications/projects for business processes (BP).
