Job Purpose:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Associate Lead - Business Growth to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving key business objectives related to revenue, reach, and conversion rates. You will provide tactical support to formulate, implement, track, and optimize campaigns and programs within Customer Value Management (CVM). Your contributions will be vital in building robust consumer insights through advanced analytics, collaborating closely with our AI & ML teams. You will also be responsible for customer segmentation to identify business opportunities, including Average Revenue Per Usage (ARPU), usage types, revenue-generating days, aging network, and app behavior. This role will involve executing targeted segmented marketing campaigns for retention management, cross-sell , upsell our products and services.
