Ensure procurement processes strictly adhere to Axiata's Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption (ABAC) Policy, Group Privacy Policy, Supplier Code-of-Conduct, and ISO certification guidelines. Actively monitor compliance, provide updates to stakeholders, and guide vendors on these policies to maintain ethical and regulatory standards.
Structure contracts to account for accounting treatments, tax regimes, and regulations while aligning with capital optimization objectives like minimizing Capital Work In Progress (CWIP) and maximizing Return on Investment and Capital (RoIC). Collaborate with regulatory bodies and government authorities to secure necessary clearances for projects, while ensuring adherence to relevant tax, BoI, and import/export guidelines.
Optimize financial strategies through efficient payment plans, forex exposure mitigation, and treasury guidelines for large-value capex projects. Align procurement cash outflows with project monetization schedules to enhance RoIC and manage working capital effectively.
Implement robust technical and commercial evaluation frameworks, ensuring transparency in direct procurement justification. Lead benchmarking initiatives and collect market intelligence to inform strategic procurement decisions. Analyze supplier performance and enforce responsibility matrices for project execution.
Drive information security governance by conducting comprehensive supplier assessments before releasing RFPs or awarding contracts. Leverage market insights and benchmarking to continuously improve sourcing strategies, ensuring procurement activities are efficient, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.
Manage the relationships between suppliers & user teams to maintain the quality and the agreed timelines of the final delivery.
