Responsible to serve as single SPOC for new requirements elicitation , elaboration and documentation in Jira ( reports, dashboards and analytic projects )
Need to work with business/support units to identify opportunities for leveraging organizations data to drive business
Ensure carrying out exploratory data analysis, visualization, hypothesis testing
Need working in cross functional teams (internal & external) to develop & trial use cases
Evaluate business process integration options, offer design, prescriptive analysis for successful business deployment
Need to adhere to agile development practices and managing operational report requests via Tableau/Safe Harbor
Responsible to identify the project backlog and backlog grooming and managing the reports in the BI publisher portal (remove duplicates, new additions)
Accountable to managing the dashboard in the Tableau portal (remove duplicates, new additions, availability of required data attributes)
Support for designing incremental ARPU uplift from marketing BTL campaigns & immediate growth in take-up rates set.
Define performance tracking metrices including (not limited to) incremental takeup, revenue etc and measure impact/ ROI and identify further optimization
Need to provide Analytical Support for Growth Hacking Programs (Model Based & Rule Based) and development of Near Real Time dash boards
Responsible to automate key divisional activities and rresearch on industry best practices and work with internal / external parties on RnD tasks
Ensure prepare roadmaps, investment papers and research on emerging technologies
Need to empower End-user for self-extractions and become the pioneer in the industry & Subject Matter Expert in relevant domains
