We think about our Sales team as an extension of our core member experience and are looking for opportunities to differentiate from the very first interaction a potential member has with our company.

As a key member of our sales strategy and operations team, the associate will play a crucial role in supporting the compliance operations of a full multi-channel sales force, helping facilitate the build and maintenance of an effective compliance program using world-class sales-enablement technology, and evaluate areas of opportunities for growth and expansion. The success of our sales operations team will be a fundamental differentiator in our ability to meet key company growth goals over the next decade.

The ideal associate will demonstrate excellent attention to detail and will have a roll-up their sleeves mentality. You should be compliant oriented, ready to leverage Medicare guidelines and quick problem solving to make effective decisions. Additionally, you should be comfortable taking ownership of your piece of the business and have a desire to learn and take on more responsibility as you and your role evolves with Devoted.

Responsibilities will include:

Lead the review and approval of marketing materials used by third parties to generate leads for Devoted Health.
Build and maintain relationships with agency partners.
Review internally created documentation (agent/broker training, communications, policy and procedures) for compliance with CMS guidelines.
Support the sales organization in meeting their sales goals by providing compliance support, such as by reviewing new sales/marketing event concepts
Develop, implement, track progress, and report on Compliance objectives, projects, timelines, and deliverables for the compliance program.
Research regulations by reviewing regulatory guidance distributed by CMS, state Departments of Insurance and other sources of information.
Assists in responding to audits conducted by the compliance team.
Cross train within the department to be able to jump in where needed.

Attributes to success:

Knowledge of Medicare Communication and Marketing guidelines to effectively evaluate performance in compliance program areas, and report results

Desired skills and experience:

Minimum of (3-5) years of relevant work experience with direct knowledge of CMS Medicare regulations and compliance programs for Medicare Advantage (MA), Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug (MAPD), and/or Prescription Drug Plans (PDP) is required.
Knowledgeable of Medicare Advantage rules, regulations and guidelines to partner with operational areas for proper interpretation and execution.
Ability to work in a startup, fast paced environment
Ability to travel Flexibility - ability to change gears based on need
Strong written and communication skills
Reporting, use of excel, google spreadsheets and other data collection and reporting software
Health care experience
Experience in Medicare Part C or D preferred
Collaborate with coworkers in a virtual environment as a team player
