We are looking for an experienced Sales Automation Specialist to take initiative on automating sales processes with Pipedrive while helping the team benefit from the correct use of it. In order to be successful in this role, you should be experienced in outbound sales, understand the CRM software algorithm and sales analytics. You will be working closely with the Sales and IT departments to automate processes that can aid our sales teams by saving time and finding more leads and prospects.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the automation of sales processes with Pipedrive.
• Monitor sales pipelines, provide reports and organize trainings to improve team performance.
• Train the sales team members on how to use Pipedrive in order to maximize their results.
• Automate processes with the goal of sourcing leads and prospects while saving time in performing manual tasks.
• Regular check-ups with the sales team, encouraging them to make calls and eventually close deals.
• Regular check-ups with the IT department to ensure all the software's benefits are used.
• Working closely with the other departments to learn about the specifics of our industry and suggest improvement ideas.

Requirements:

• Experience with automating sales processes.
• Familiar with CRM and sales software in order to generate leads and analyze the statistics of sales and make data-driven decisions.
• Proactivity and ability to handle uncertainty.
• Strong decision-making, attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (native or C1 level) and fluent in a foreign language.
