About the Sales Automation Specialist position

Location: Remote job (America, Europe, Middle East, Australia, and Asia)
Reports to: CEO

Day Translations is looking for an experienced Sales Automation Specialist who can help us analyze and evaluate which sales CRM is best fit for our company and start with the process of automating our sales processes with the objective of saving time for our sales team. At the same time, we want to also automate parts that can help with prospecting and acquiring new leads and clients for our services. You will also be in charge of the chosen CRM and teach them to the rest of our team and sales department.

Job Duties and responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the automation of our sales processes with the chosen CRM.
• Assist our sales department with the handing and the proper use of the chosen CRM.
• Automate processes that will assist the sale department in finding more leads and prospects.
• Automate processes that will save time such as follow up emails.

Requirements:

• Experience with automating sales processes.
• Familiar with CRM and sales software in order to generate leads and analyze the statistics of sales and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
• Strong decision-making, attention to detail, organizational and skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (native or C1 level) and fluent in a foreign language.

Candidates should be prepared to take additional tests/interviews.
