As Marketing Coordinator, you will support the Head of Marketing with the implementation of regional marketing plans, utilising the breadth of your marketing experience and expertise.

Key responsibilities:

• CRM: coordinate all aspects of the Microsoft D365 CRM locally, ensuring data remains accurate, identifying gaps, transferring leads, coaching consultants on their responsibilities, raising regular reports allowing decision-making
• Documentation creation and management. Liaise with internal teams to create impactful eDMS. Your activities could include copy writing, creating campaigns in Eloqua, liaising with graphic design teams, testing, issuing, developing metrics and bespoke reports
• Support the development of marketing content (e.g. points of view, thought leadership and opinion pieces) and quality assurance of copy, liaising with graphic design teams, coordinating internal stakeholder activities and ensuring compliance with critical timeframes
• Event planning and coordination of organisers and agencies, ensuring events are delivered on time and within budget
• Website, social media and other corporate digital channel actions. Partner with global web and digital teams to promote ANZ content as part of brand awareness/advertising activities
• Identify, implement and measure meaningful performance metrics to assess the impact of campaigns and better inform future marketing activities
• Manage enquiries/requests (email and verbal) for marketing support from across ANZ
• Identify better practices that will enhance marketing efforts, investigating innovative digital and offline marketing tools
• Professionally represent the marketing function across to dss+ staff and suppliers across ANZ

Your profile

• Relevant corporate marketing experience aligned to the roles responsibilities as outlined
• Exposure to B2B marketing activities is well regarded.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) via a range of digital and online tools
• Detail-orientated, organised and a natural problem-solve who can take the initiative or escalate as necessary
• Enjoys a variety of work, able to manage concurrent projects and deadlines, ensuring delivery on time and on budget
• Able to collaborate proactively with a team of highly capable consultants, often managing competing priorities
• Experience of working with multi-cultural, multi-disciplinary teams is well regarded
• Highly proficient with MS Office products. Previous exposure to CRM, eDM and graphic design tools is well regarded.
