As a Technical Artist in CD PROJEKT RED, you will work across multiple cutting-edge AAA games. Your unique skillset & background will help shape the workflows of the future. We value ownership of technical and artistic solutions you provide. You will grow together with other experienced developers in your future team and in the feature teams outside of it. Daily Responsibilities

• Working closely with the artists and engineers on creating optimized, high-quality visual assets, tools and pipeline solutions.
• Defining and documenting technical standards.
• Maintaining the content creation pipeline.
• Communicating and cooperating with other teams.

• Good working knowledge of Unreal Blueprints.
• Experience with C++ is a strong plus.
• Experience with industry standard 3D and 2D packages (preferably Maya and Photoshop).
• Outstanding creativity and a very strong commitment to a project.
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
• Good attitude towards receiving feedback and exchanging knowledge.
• Avid and passionate gamer.
• Fluent English.

Working mode

For this role you can choose between a remote-first or office-first working mode.

• Office-First: working primarily from the Warsaw, Wroclaw, or Cracow studio for a minimum of 10 days per month.
• Remote-First: working from home, or from any location that is within 3 hours of the GMT+3 time zone.
