Clinical Application Support (RCM)

As the RCM Process Solution Coordinator, you will be instrumental in building, implementing and maintaining RCM applications and processes, identifying areas of opportunity in our current and asset acquisition life-cycle.

Job Duties:

• Escalate urgent problems requiring more in-depth knowledge to appropriate internal resources.
• Update and maintain system documentation (Technical Manual, Design Specification, etc.);
• Lead and participate in software project implementations and major upgrade planning;
• Participate in the evaluation of new systems. Collaborate with technical teams to develop the documentation, change management, and support standards;
• Perform deployments of application/product releases to production environments globally;
• Create workaround procedures when standard procedures have failed and ensure issues are resolved in a timely fashion;
• Provide system enhancements, development, improvement, documentation of processes and training where appropriate;
• Provide timely and accurate application-specific support for the practice management system(s) and other supported applications for internal and external users;
• Monitors application performance and uptime via established IT monitoring practices and methods;
• License management;
• Light Scripting / API Consumption for reporting or data management;
• Subject Matter Expert on commercial-off-the-shelf applications and custom-built applications;
• Manages workflows and in-application configurations to meet user needs;
• Working with clients on feature requests, upgrades, migrations, and integrations.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of professional experience;
• Previous experience working as an application administrator for a medical application is a plus;
• Strong analytical and communication skills;
• Clear and effective communicator – both oral and written;
• Experience being a Subject Matter Expert in both enterprise-class applications as well as smaller, more specialized applications;
• Familiarity with Active Directory Federated Service and Azure Active Directory;
• Passionate about software and service development;
• Ability to take ownership of an application and evangelize its proper use;
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
