Product Manager

BitPay is building blockchain payment technology that is transforming how businesses and people send, receive, and store money. We're growing fast and we are seeking a Product Manager to oversee and own the full product lifecycle of a portfolio of BitPay products. Your work will include gathering input and feature requests from BitPay customers, internal stakeholders, and the overall market, as well as hypothesizing, testing, and iterating products that millions of people use.

Requirements

• Own the full lifecycle of various B2B and B2C payment, rewards, and crypto-related products
• Responsible for driving product initiatives from inception to execution and iteration
• Work directly with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, design, support and finance to successfully launch, manage, and optimize products
• Define and prioritize your product backlog to account for small, medium, and large releases
• Assist document product flow, manage releases, and track performance of products in market
• Perform market research and analysis
• Own product outcomes 

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a product owner and/or product manager role
• Built products by collaborating across engineering, marketing, design, and other internal and external stakeholders
• Experience with daily, weekly, monthly, and multi-month product lifecycle releases
• Proficient with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Kibana, MongoDB
• Passion and ambition for driving positive change in the world

Nice to Have

• Prior crypto or payments industry experience
• Experience managing mobile products 
• Experience building B2B enterprise products
