About the Role:
BigPanda is seeking a full stack Internal Tools Software Engineer to join our fast growing team. You would be responsible for designing, maintaining, documenting, and troubleshooting custom developed frontend and backend solutions for internal use. The ideal candidate will learn and understand the standard BigPanda systems and will work with the Technical Support team to develop addons, enhancements, and integrations between these systems.
Remote Based. Open to candidates in the USA in Pacific, Mountain, Central, and Eastern time zones, and in Israel near our office in Tel Aviv.
Responsibilities:
- Build, test, document, maintain, and improve Product Support frontend and backend toolsets, applications, and middleware which work directly with our core platform services and integrations
- Assist with optimizing current systems and toolsets and develop custom tools
- Identify new technologies, tools, and applications to improve Product Support team processes, workflows and procedures
- Employ industry best practices in architecture, design and distribution for customized applications and tools
Requirements:
- 3+ years of full stack development experience
- 2+ years experience in tools and custom application development
- Experience with infrastructure in an AWS cloud environment and dev tools
- Experience with frontend frameworks such as ReactJS
- Excellent command of at least one programming or scripting languages such as bash or Python
- Strong leadership, communication and collaboration skills
