• Assisting customers with moving homes and offices by providing services including utilities, internet, and more.
• Calling warm leads and answering incoming enquiries.
• Liaising with B2C and B2B clients
• General administration tasks

• Min 1-2 years of experience in customer support or sales role dealing with international clients
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - You must enjoy talking to people
• Highly organised and able to multi-task
• Tech savvy with the ability to learn new software
• Previous SaaS industry sales/customer service experience is desirable
