Our client provides a SaaS solution that helps businesses transform the way they train and up-skill their workforce. They are on the lookout for Key account managers that can create new client relationships and provide exceptional customer experiences.

About the role

• Identify new growth opportunities through outbound prospecting using various channels including phone, email, and Linkedin Sales Navigator.
  
• Deliver product demos over Zoom/MS teams.
• Assist clients with onboarding and account set-up.
• Ensure the highest-level of customer satisfaction.
• CRM Management.

• Min bachelors degree in Business or related field from a top-tier institute.
• At least 2 years of experience in a B2B client-facing role.
  
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• A knack for developing and maintaining outstanding customer relationships.
• Previous account management experience in the SaaS industry would be desirable.
