Digital Marketing Account Manager

Our client is part of a conglomerate of businesses, with a proven track record of enabling growth through digital marketing, with over $250m generated in renewable revenue. They are looking for remote Digital Account Managers to join their growing global team.

About the role

• Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of digital marketing clients.
• Educate clients on SEO and PPC strategy and tactics.
• Conduct digital strategy audits to identify further opportunities for growth.
• Prepare monthly reports and make recommendations for ongoing improvements.
• Review analytics to identify areas of opportunity and utilise conversion rate optimisation tactics (i.e. A/B, split-testing etc) to generate maximum ROI.
• Ensure the highest-level of customer satisfaction.

• Min 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in a client-facing role.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
• Deep understanding of client business drivers.
  
• Able to express recommendations and develop clear measurable paths to success.
• Phone sales experience is highly desirable.
