Marketing Operations Manager

ArangoDB is an open-source, highly scalable Graph Database with Multi-Model capabilities. In addition to graph, it is natively supporting a number of data models, including Document and Key-Value as well as Full-Text Search and Retrieval. It serves as the scalable backbone for Graph-Analytics and complex data architectures across many different industries. Developers can build high-performance applications using a convenient SQL-like query language or JavaScript extensions. Oh, and did we mention it is open source?

As Marketing Operations Manager at ArangoDB, you will oversee our marketing analytics infrastructure and play an essential role in shaping ArangoDB’s marketing strategy in a startup environment.

Our headquarter is in San Francisco (US), we have an office in Cologne (Germany), but most of our diverse team works remotely worldwide. So do you prefer your desk at home or do you want to join us at one of our locations? Your choice.

• You are responsible for the technical infrastructure of marketing
• You manage marketing operations processes including lead management and database management
• You automate and simplify as many processes as possible and ensure integrations between all the different Marketing tools run smooth
• You build the infrastructure for meaningful KPIs and reporting
• You work closely with Sales Operations on the lead funnel
• You develop a comprehensive strategy and give your input on the marketing tech stack and tools

• You have 4 years of experience in the marketing field
• You know your way around CRM (Hubspot) and WordPress
• You enjoy a Data-first approach
• You have the ability to work as part of a team
• Nice-to-haves:
  • Familiar with Pantheon
  • General development experience in particular with Git
