Enterprise Product Marketing Manager

ArangoDB is an open-source, highly scalable Graph Database with Multi-Model capabilities. In addition to graph, it is natively supporting several data models, including Document and Key-Value, as well as Full-Text Search and Retrieval. It serves as the scalable backbone for Graph-Analytics and complex data architectures across many different industries. Developers can build high-performance applications using a convenient SQL-like query language or JavaScript extensions.

As Enterprise Product Marketing Manager at ArangoDB, you have an essential role in shaping the communication strategy of our enterprise service offerings globally. You will be encouraged to think creatively about driving product awareness on a global scale. You will have an essential role in shaping ArangoDB’s B2B marketing strategy in a startup environment.

About the Role

• You are responsible for the enterprise product positioning and messaging of ArangoDB, distilling key functionalities into B2B product marketing messages
• You become an expert on our enterprise target market segmentation and develop and execute go-to-market strategies and plans
• You create compelling business-outcome based content (white papers, case studies, collaterals) for various use cases and industries
• You measure success by tracking relevant metrics and KPIs

Your Skills

• Prior experience in an Enterprise Marketing role for a Developer-focused product (SaaS, e.g.)
• Ideally, a deep understanding of topics like databases, graph, analytics, and machine learning
• Familiarity with standard Marketing tools (CRM, Analytics, etc.)
• Understanding of product marketing tactics (e.g., marketing campaigns)
• Strong analytical skills
