HR Marketing Manager

Apriorit, the 19+ years experienced leader in software product development services in the field of corporate IT security, low-level solutions, is looking for a motivated HR Marketing Specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Develop employer brand
• Create content on social networks and on web site (employer page)
• Cooperate with job sites and digital platforms regarding marketing actions, to attract high-quality candidates
• Share our content on crowd platforms and relevant communities
• Participate in company’s promotion events: job fairs, internal and external company’s meetups
• Promote company’s vacancies, courses, events
• Explore the latest trends to improve employer brand strategy

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience as an HR Marketing Specialist
• Work Experience in IT market (desirable)
• Knowledge of digital marketing instruments
• Experience in content creation for social networks (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
• Experience in creating and managing targeted ads
• Intermediate level of English
