Affirm’s risk decisioning business logic - e.g. should we allow a user to sign up? Can we underwrite them? What You'll Do- Delivers projects in conjunction with immediate teammates and occasionally other Engineering teams.
- Drives detailed project definition, design, cross-functional alignment, estimation, in addition to task break-down, delivery, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Reviews other’s code and designs and provides constructive feedback to meet our high quality standards.
- Provides input into planning for our product, code base, infrastructure, team goals, and roadmap.
- Experience: 3+ years of Javascript using (ideally) React or other modern framework
- Experience: 1+ years of (ideally) Python or other backend languages
- Technical: solid engineering fundamentals; full stack and test automation experience
- Collaborative: track record of successful cross functional collaboration especially with product managers, and engineering counterparts
- Potential: ability to grow alongside a fast growing company and team
