The Product Marketing Team is responsible for leading our go-to-market strategy, collaborating with Product Management and other cross-functional teams to powerfully launch our products to our consumers!
The Shopping & Monetization Product Marketing Lead's role at Affirm is to deeply understand our market, our consumer needs and use this insight to help advise our product strategy and craft our positioning and messaging. You will partner closely with the Marketplace Business Teams & Product Marketing orgs to ensure a performant experience for both the consumer & the merchant within our app. You will continually iterate & optimize to ensure we are continuing to grow our consumer base. Product Marketing is held to the same goals as our product partners and we are laser-focused on driving engagement & revenue.
We are looking for a creative, analytical, and detail-oriented product marketer with strong communication, relationship building, and project management skills.
What You’ll Do-
Partner closely with product & marketplace counterparts on strategic roadmap and vision for Affirm's marketplace.

Lead deal & offer specific initiatives & strategies with channel owners across our owned channels, partner platforms, organic search and paid media.

Partner with User Research on competitive intel, roadmap, and user needs.

Consult with UX & Content writers to ensure a cohesive user experience that highlights the most important product value propositions.

Proactively monitor and produce recommendations based on performance analysis and learnings.

Tailor communication of high level strategic initiatives and specific detailed tactics appropriately, internally and externally, by audience.

6+ years of consumer facing Product Marketing experience; bonus points if you've worked within an app marketplace, deals, & monetization.

Outstanding prioritization, project management & execution skills.

Powerful storyteller: written, verbal, and visual.

Ability to distinguish between the signal and the noise and make data-driven decisions.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate optimally and build relationships across teams.
