You will be responsible for developing your country's Vision, Strategy, and subsequently delivering a high value product with the help of your world class, cross functional partners. You will control the end to end ecosystem, which means identifying products for both Merchants and Consumers. In addition to this, you will also focus on Migration all the merchants we have acquired through M&A.
You will be the true end to end owner.
What you'll do- Own the end to end success of a country.
- Drive the Vision, Strategy, and Roadmap for the portfolio of products that pertain to your country.
- Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products.
- Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers, designers, DS, and UX.
- Build strong relationships across engineering and commercial teams to ensure a high-quality experience for both consumers and merchants.
- Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis to build a best-in-class experience.
- Execute in a fluid environment with creative solutions.
- 7+ years of experience in building software products as a product manager.
- Comfortable with regular executive (CEO + Staff) visibility.
- Experience leading through influence.
- Experience driving complex strategies in previous roles.
- Affinity for scrappy environments.
- Experience working with Merchants directly a plus.
- Experience working on International Expansion workstreams a plus.
Affirm is proud to be a remote-first company! The majority of our roles are remote and can be located anywhere in the U.S. and Canada (with the exception of the U.S. Territories, Quebec, Yukon, Nunavut, and the Northwest Territories) unless the job indicates a different global location. We are currently building operations in Spain, Poland, and Australia. Employees in remote roles have the option of working remotely or from an Affirm office in their country of hire, and may occasionally travel to an Affirm office or elsewhere for required meetings or team-building events. Our offices in Chicago, New York, Pittsburgh, Salt Lake City, San Francisco and Toronto will remain operational and accessible for anyone to use on a voluntary basis, subject to local COVID-19 guidelines.
