Full-Stack Senior Software Engineer ( React, Node)

• Drive the design, implementation, and adoption of internal APIs
• Work with SQL databases and collaborate with the data team
• Champion best practices in software development and Agile methodologies
• Build software using test-driven development, with an eye for good design patterns
• Collaborate heavily with Product Management, Analytics, and Salesforce team members as well as the executive leadership team
• Cultivate empathy with stakeholders to help realize and deliver the optimal UIX
• Mentor junior members of the engineering team.
• As a Full-Stack Senior Software Engineer, you will work on all parts of our web Fund and Sell application, its libraries, widgets, and custom features. Our tech stack includes React, Node, GraphQL, GitHub, Postgres, JavaScript, CSS, and a variety of AWS cloud-native technologies.

• You’re proficient in web stack programming, from schema design to building user-facing interfaces.
• You hold a sense of urgency with delivering value to our customers and ensuring product requirements are met each sprint.
• Experience designed, built, and maintained production-scale web applications.
• Experience built software on a cloud computing platform like AWS / Azure using CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience integrated web applications with internal and external APIs.
• Experience worked with and maintained SQL relational databases.
• You are comfortable learning and working in any part of the stack, from building and styling React components to designing and deploying NodeJS APIs.
• You have collaborated with engineers through Git Version control and peer reviews.
• Experience written technical documentation and can work effectively in a hybrid environment .
• At least 7 years of software engineering experience, ideally with some experience leading a small team of other engineers as either a technical lead or manager you have great communication skills, and the ability to understand and convert business requirements to technical requirements.
• You have a solution-oriented attitude when collaborating with stakeholders.
