2Marketing is a global team of demand-generation experts, who collaborate to deliver design, content, and strategy that helps our clients tell their stories to the world.  We are completely remote, growing fast, and our creative division is looking for a new team member and partner.

Who You Are

We're looking for someone who's entrepreneurial, self-possessed, flexible, positive and ready to take on a terrific role - specifically, an experienced Marketing Automation Specialist, with expertise using ActiveCampaign.

You should be someone who’s passionate about marketing and providing a first-class customer experience that engages customers, drives revenue and builds brand loyalty. You must possess a strong understanding of email marketing principles, triggered campaigns, email testing and optimising performance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build and execute cross-channel communications, campaigns and nurture programs in a flexible and timely manner 

• Manage set-up and configuration of data-driven campaigns ensuring deliverability

• Provide a problem solving and ‘point of escalation’ technical support function

• Work with stakeholders to create and implement test strategies, including A/B multivariant testing that maximise conversions

• Oversee campaigns from creation to analysis, reporting, and optimization

Qualifications

• Demonstrated professional experience in a similar role

• Expertise with ActiveCampaign online marketing automation system

• Solid technical skills and expertise with HTML and CSS optimized for email deployment

• You're not afraid to learn, learn and learn

• You kick ass and have a lot of heart
